By using JayKorn IQ you agree to use the service lawfully and only with images you have the right to analyze.
JayKorn IQ provides automated assessments of still images. Results may be incorrect, including real images identified as AI and AI images identified as real. Confidence scores express the system's assessment and are not a measured accuracy rate or a guarantee. Results do not establish authenticity, identity, ownership, intent, or misconduct. Independently verify important findings and do not use a result as the sole basis for legal, financial, employment, journalistic, or other decisions affecting a person's rights or reputation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its results are provided as available, without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from reliance on an automated result. These provisions do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, consumer guarantee, refund, or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you purchase a paid service, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method must be disclosed before you pay. A result you disagree with does not by itself establish a right to a refund, but this does not limit refunds or remedies required by law, the applicable app store, or payment-network rules. For direct website purchases, additional goodwill refunds may be considered case by case at our discretion. Contact jaykorniq@gmail.com about billing errors, duplicate charges, or services not delivered. Purchases billed through Apple or Google are also subject to that store's refund and cancellation processes. Cancellation and a refund are separate: cancelling stops future renewals under the applicable billing terms and does not by itself determine whether a past payment is refundable.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't share credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We will post an updated date when these terms change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you already have.
